All 107 Percent, LLC products including American Racing Pro Series Wheels are designed for competition purposes only on specified racing surfaces and are not to be operated on public roadways. 107 Percent, LLC/American Racing Pro Series Wheels are meant for high performance racing only and are NOT INTENDED FOR HIGHWAY USE. The prohibited use of 107 Percent, LLC/American Racing Pro Series Wheels on public roadways may result in unexpected loss of vehicle control, or sudden loss of tire pressure, resulting in a vehicle crash and SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH. Racing and track day use of a vehicle is inherently dangerous with significant risk of personal injury or even death. When a customer or sponsored driver participates in both on track lapping or vehicle racing / competition of any form, he/she accepts the risk inherent therein. 107 Percent, LLC/American Racing Pro Series are not warrantied or guaranteed for fitness of use, personal safety, or freedom from physical injury on the track or public roads. By payment of this purchase, you (the customer) acknowledge you are over the age of 18, agree to the above statements, holding 107 Percent, LLC/American Racing Pro Series harmless, and taking full responsibility for any and all risk, liability, damage, injury, or death possibly related to purchases from
107 Percent, LLC/American Racing Pro Series.

No Warranty Policy
American Racing Pro Series offers racing wheels for sale only upon the conditions and the terms contained in this disclaimer of liability and indemnity. Due to many varied and different conditions which are exposed and because of the manner in which racing is conducted, 107 Percent, LLC/American Racing Pro Series Wheels, makes absolutely no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the fitness for a general or particular purpose or of merchantability in connection with any offer of sale of 107 Percent, LLC/American Racing Pro Series Wheels. “107 Percent, LLC/American Racing Pro Series WHEELS ARE SOLD AS IS.” 107 Percent, LLC/American Racing Pro Series wheels are not tested or labeled to meet DOT Safety Standards. Therefore, it is dangerous and illegal to sell race wheels for use on public highways. Any person selling 107 Percent, LLC/American Racing Pro Series Wheels for highway use agrees to indemnity and reimburse 107 Percent, LLC/American Racing Pro Series for all loss, damage, or liability 107 Percent, LLC/American Racing Pro Series may suffer because of such sales. Not following these warnings can cause SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH.
WARNING: TIRE MOUNTING IS DANGEROUS
Tire Mounting Warning: Tire mounting should be done only by professionally trained personnel using proper tools and procedures. Always seat beads with wheel locked to mounting machine or placed in a safety cage. Failure to follow safe mounting procedures or a damaged tire or wheel can fail during bead seating and burst with enough force sufficient to cause SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH.

Utilizing 107 Percent, LLC/American Racing Pro Series in any form outside of their intended use constitutes misuse of the product and can cause SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH. 107 Percent, LLC/American Racing Pro Series products are designed and manufactured for racing purposes only, within a closed course designed for organized competition. Not for recreational use.

107 Percent, LLC/American Racing Pro Series strictly forbids any alterations of the wheel. 107 Percent, LLC/American Racing Pro Series strictly forbids the physical defacement in any manner. Failure to comply with this warning could result in premature or catastrophic wheel failure and may result in SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH.
